Status on 26 October 2026
Finished. The senior individual and team World Cup events of 2025-26 ran from November 2025 to May 2026, and the World Championships in Hong Kong in July 2026 closed the season. Wikipedia calls it the 55th FIE World Cup season and dates it October 2025 to May 2026.
No overall leader is named. The FIE announces the first-ranked fencer of each senior ranking at the end of the World Championships (Organisation Rules, August 2026, o.108.3), but the FIE's ranking pages load their content by script and could not be read for this research, and no search found a dated end-of-season FIE ranking. So this page lists who won each event and stops there. The ranking counts several kinds of result with different weights, so event wins alone do not show who led it.
About the sources. The World Cup winners below come from Wikipedia's season page, a secondary source, and none was checked against the FIE's own results. Where a press report or an FIE report seen only as a search-result extract adds detail, it is named. Countries are given as Wikipedia gives them, including AIN (Individual Neutral Athletes).
How the season counts
Under the FIE's Organisation Rules (August 2026 edition), a senior fencer's individual ranking counts the best five results from World Cup, Grand Prix and Satellite events, plus the World Championships (or Olympic Games) and the zonal (continental) championships (o.108.1). Points are multiplied by 1 for a World Cup, 1.5 for a Grand Prix or zonal championship and 2.5 for the individual events of the World Championships (o.108.2). The Senior Team World Cup has five competitions, spread across the continents where possible (o.41), and the team ranking counts a team's best four World Cup results plus the World Championships and zonal championships (o.109). The full points table is on rankings and the World Cup.

The Korea Herald (20 April 2026) adds two finals. In men's team sabre at Padua, Korea (Oh Sang-uk, Park Sang-won, Im Jae-yoon, Do Kyung-dong) beat Individual Neutral Athletes 45-44 in the final, after beating Hungary 45-36 in the semi-final. In women's team sabre at Athens, France beat Korea 45-42 in the final.
Russian passport holders appear as Individual Neutral Athletes in Wikipedia's senior World Cup results up to May 2026. That fits the FIE's decision to lift its protective measures only from the July 2026 World Championships onward; the decision and its two reported dates are set out on World Championships 2026.
Grand Prix results found
The Grand Prix results are partial. Dates marked "listing" come from AllSportDB, a listings site.
